* Manage the end-to-end commissions process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

* Monitor and reconcile commission payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.

* Support the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of commission structures and processes within the technology and telecoms industry.
* Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
