The Asset Strategist is a role within the Property Services Directorate and is accountable to the Manager Portfolio Planning for the ongoing management of the Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF). The Asset Strategist operationalises, reviews and updates the SA Housing Trust's (The 'Trust) Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF), reports on strategic performance, and contributes to improved asset performance. In doing so the Asset Strategist is accountable for improving the use of current asset data and developing new approaches for the collection, analysis and application of asset data. Additionally, the role communicates with internal business units and external stakeholders about the SAMF, aligns activities across the business with the SAMF, and contributes to related strategies, business plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Special Conditions
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
* Some intrastate travel will be required.
* Subject to organisational changes, some staff supervision and/or line management may be required.

Short term contract up to 30 June
Requirements
Desirable - Tertiary qualification in asset management, business, real estate, land economics, development, valuation, urban planning or equivalent.
Remuneration
$108,109 - $116,864 (ASO7)
