Let the good times roll! The Facilities Team Lead assists the Facilities Manager to keep our venues and grounds best-in-class. They are responsible for the overall maintenance of the venue - repair and replacement of equipment (including the game system and other technologies), maintenance and repair of building, hardware and machinery associated with the game system.
The Facilities Team Lead is also responsible for building and maintaining a strong team - hiring, scheduling, Associate development and training, and team building.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate on building and grounds maintenance needs with the Operations team
- Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems
- Control department budgets and spending
- Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment
- Coach and develop the Facilities team and drive Associate engagement
- Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring
- Ensure that Facilities Associates and Cleaners are adequately trained, equipped, and engaged
- Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- Ensure all regulations relating to the maintenance department are met
**Key Qualifications**
- Previous facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue required
- Proven leadership experience
- Trade certificate in a relevant engineering or electrical discipline is preferred, plus post trade experience
- Basic knowledge of RFID systems
- Knowledge of welding and soldering techniques beneficial
- Building maintenance/construction knowledge
- Mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair knowledge
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays is essential
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs
- EWP and Forklift licence beneficial
