Technical Sales Expert Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to provide technical support, training and product expertise to customers across Western Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver On-Site Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely solutions to customer technical queries, ensuring seamless product adoption.
* Product Demos and Training: Conduct engaging demos and training sessions to educate customers on our products' capabilities and applications.
* Equipment and Consumable Advice: Offer expert advice on the selection and procurement of suitable equipment and consumables for customers' needs.
* Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify and support business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
* Brand Representation: Represent our brand partners at customer sites and events, fostering strong relationships and promoting our products.
Essential Qualifications:
* A trade qualification in welding with extensive knowledge of various processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, FCAW, SAW)
* No less than 5 years' experience in welding; preference given to those with technical sales or support background
