Responsibilities
* Creating happy and outstanding customer experiences;
* Leading a team within a busy, fast‑paced and fun hospitality environment;
* Selecting applicants, conducting trials, hiring and taking care of the shop's weekly roster;
* Engaging with customers and working well with the team;
* Ensuring operation is running smoothly (food preparation, stock, service etc);
* Inventory count, ordering and management;
* Being responsible for the monetary duties;
* Must have Food Safety Supervisors Certificate or willing to obtain ASAP;
* Must have reliable vehicle and driver's license.
You'll take ownership of the general running of both shops and will love the role; we are looking for an enthusiastic leader with the right vibe willing to exceed your customer service and communications skills.
There is potential for the right person to grow with the company as we open more stores on the Central Coast.
