Only About Children Geebung is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to support, guide, and elevate teaching and learning practice across our campus.
Geebung is a vibrant 57-place service with three learning rooms, offering rich indoor and outdoor environments that support inquiry, creativity, and meaningful learning experiences. Our campus is known for its strong team culture, commitment to quality practice, and genuine sense of community.
About the Role
* Lead and support high-quality educational practice across all rooms
* Mentor, coach, and inspire educators to continuously grow their professional practice
* Support the implementation of the EYLF, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
* Contribute to curriculum planning, documentation, and pedagogy that is engaging and purposeful
* Foster a collaborative, supportive, and professional learning culture
About You
You are a confident and reflective leader who is passionate about pedagogy and supporting others to succeed. You bring a balance of professionalism, warmth, and strong communication skills to your work.
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ECT)
* Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding educators (formal or informal leadership experience)
* A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and quality improvement processes
* The ability to build trusting relationships with educators, families, and leaders
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
