We're on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.
Victor Harbor is a picturesque seaside holiday destination in South Australia, and in the heart of it all lies Hotel Victor, a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike. Overlooking Encounter Bay and Granite Island, we're only a stone's throw from the iconic horse-drawn tramway. Hotel Victor has been a pillar in the community for years.
With a great history, and after recent refurbishments in 2022, we have comfortable accommodation, delicious food and service with a smile. We're the perfect setting for a restful getaway, cheeky after work drink or a catch-up with friends and family over a delicious meal.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
* Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
* Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
* Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
* Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
About you:
* You've been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
* You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up
* You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
* You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
* You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
