About You:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry, preferably new and used experience;
Proven ability & track record of attaining industry key performance indicators (KPI's);
Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a sales team – Teamwork is essential;
Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face;
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build instant rapport;
A driven attitude with the ability to provide the ultimate customer experience;
Result and task driven with ability to follow direction;
Punctual, professional & organised;
Great work ethic;
Overall a can-do attitude.
The Role:
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction;
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships;
Respond to and follow up all sales enquires using appropriate methods and time frames;
Use customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
