Join QTC as a Learning & Development Business Partner
As the L&D BP for the Advisory Division, you'll manage and evolve the division's capability development program, complementing QTC's core corporate learning initiatives. You'll focus on professional capability domains specific to the division's workforce, bridging the 70-20-10 framework with a focus on learning through others and formal learning.
You will report to the Director, Employee Experience in the People & Culture Division, joining a small team focused on learning and development, leadership, talent management, performance, and organizational development. Your key client will be the Executive Director, Portfolio Office within the Advisory Division. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to commission, develop, and deliver program content.
What You'll Do:
Learning Design:
Design and develop cost-efficient learning solutions (70:20:10 model)
Evaluate and report on L&D outcomes
Enhance the Advisory learning framework
Capability Needs and Assessment:
Identify current and emerging capability requirements
Assess and report on workforce capability levels
Content Development:
Develop, commission, and curate learning content
Liaise with QTC Education Program for internal use
Deliver learning content where appropriate
Coordination and Administration:
Coordinate the annual learning calendar
Manage program-related communications
Other Responsibilities:
Lead the induction process for new hires and graduates
Manage relationships with external vendors
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QTC's L&D program
What You'll bring:
Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced knowledge in learning and development within a professional services environment
Understanding of adult learning principles
Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning content delivery
Ability to use data analytics for program evaluation and ROI
Proven ability to deliver within a client management model, meeting budget, KPIs, and service standards
Strong professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in advisory or management consulting, or supporting L&D for such teams, is beneficial
