As a Residential Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents. This position involves effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector
* Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable)
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
* NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
