Responsibilities
* Assist in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within retail media.
* Build and secure creative media solutions that bring a brand to life in the world of David Jones, Amplify.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns.
* Implement strategies to improve the sell-through of production-heavy channels.
* Support the development of preferred supplier relationships to oversee logistics and execution of pop-up retail media campaigns.
* Contribute to the review and optimisation of media inventory and packaging strategies.
* Ensure efficient campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
* Proven experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre or category/partnerships roles within luxury, retail or media/experiential agency environments – minimum 3 years.
* Strong understanding of media channel planning, inventory and commercialisation management strategies.
* A creative thinker who can piece together a brand's attributes into an exceptional media plan that brings the brand to life.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools to manage pipelines, track campaign performance and inform sales strategy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
