Vivid Glass Windows & Doors is offering a full-time team lead role for our Mt Barker commercial division. No two days will be the same whether it be executing or organising the fabrication of glass windows or doors or getting installation teams ready to service our valued customers.

The Role:
Under the guidance of the Site manager with close mentorship lead the commercial division to achieve fabrication and installation requirements safely, on time and in full.
* Workplace safety in a window and door fabrication environment
* Team-based factory work and onsite requirements which brings good work variety for the right candidate
* Lead staff in workflow priorities and raw material purchasing and management
* Assist the Branch manager in workflow management

* Comfortable in factory and on-site environments

Bonus Points for:
* Previous factory, trade or construction exposure
* Previous experience in the glass window and door industry would be advantageous.
* Driver’s licence
* Leadership and team building experience
