YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES
As a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Sales and Processing Transactions:
Handle customer sales in-store and over the phone.
Customer Service:
Discuss current promotions and offers with customers.
Problem Solving:
Effectively understand customer needs and offer solutions via our products.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure all product displays are correctly presented; keep your allocated aisle clean and the store presentable.
Training & Development:
Complete regular training modules to build product and sales expertise.
Stable Roster:
Work on a stable 11-day fortnightly roster, with a rostered weekend day each week.
