**The Role**
We're on the lookout for a superstar Sales Coordinator to join our talented Sales team at NAR. This exciting new role will involve providing administrative and coordination support to the Head of Sales and the team of Key Account Sales and Sale Reps, to ensure smooth operation of the Sales team.
**Key Tasks**
- Support the Head of Sales with collating all Go To Market (GTM) collateral from internal stakeholders and add to company Dropbox
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure sales, marketing and operational/customer experience queries and deliveries are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with Purchasing Manager on all GTM dates and gates (sell in/close off)
- Work closely with Customer Experience to ensure all submitted orders are reflected on the Company's revenue dashboard
- Assist Head of Sales on communicating to all Key Account Sales and Sale Reps on critical dates and gates of all GTM's
- Liaise with all Key Account Sales and Sale Reps to ensure any feedback documentation is received on time
- Assist Head of Sales and Key Account Sales with the coordination of any travel plans (in conjunction with company EA)
- Prepare samples and sales tools for sales meetings as required, such as preparing the ranges, hanging & steaming apparel, preparing catalogues, etc
**About you**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar or related field
- Prior experience in retail apparel sales and good product knowledge (desired)
- Prior experience with CRM software, understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
