About the Role
As our Operations Team Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader in the field, working alongside our technicians to deliver jobs safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
This is not an office role. You won't be responsible for scheduling, quoting, pricing, or margins. Your focus is where it matters most — on-site execution, quality control, and leadership by example.
You'll be the technical authority on the ground. The person others look to when jobs get complex. The standard-setter who lifts the whole team just by how you operate.

What You'll Be Doing
* Working on the tools across residential and commercial exterior cleaning jobs
* Leading jobs on-site and setting the standard for workmanship and safety
* Ensuring SOPs, pre-job and post-job checklists are followed every time
* Troubleshooting technical challenges and adapting methods as needed
* Supporting the owner with coaching and performance feedback for technicians
* Reinforcing professionalism, customer care, and pride in the work
