What you'll be doing
Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Providing recommendations on menu items and daily specials
Clearing and resetting tables between customers
Assisting with side duties such as restocking and cleaning as required
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar casual waiting role within the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings and the ability to make recommendations
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience
