Job Title: Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating an environment where customer choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) or community setting.
This involves helping our customers to build and live the life they choose, which may involve assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and medication administration. You will also be required to adapt communication approaches to include non-verbal customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in disability services or aged care, but retail, customer service, or similar backgrounds are also welcome.
