We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader who cares about customer experience, staff culture, and growing the unique product that is Shorehouse. This role is suitable for someone who is at a strong supervisor level and looking to grow, or is an already proven manager.
Operating on the Strand since 2017, Shorehouse fast became the most reputable venue in Townsville. It is one of the premier restaurants in the FGH Group - Townsville's only boutique dining group. The responsibilities include daily operations of the venue, stock control, roster management, staff training and culture, product development, reservation management, and adherence to budgeted KPIs.
