If you're energised by fast-paced environments, love solving problems creatively, and bring a positive, can-do mindset — we think you'll fit right in.This role is perfect for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the ropes, and grow with us.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the team from creative concept development through to dispatch.Managing timelines, estimates, supplier coordination, and legal T&Cs.Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.Attending client WIPs, taking contact reports, and trafficking briefs.Keeping a pulse on in-store campaigns and shopper trends.Working across promotions, retail activations, and microsite fulfilment.Collaborating with integrated agency teams across Publicis Groupe.Working closely with a Senior Account Manager, and reporting into the Client Service Director, while being supported by a nurturing and energetic team.QualificationsA natural communicator and relationship builder.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an admin whiz.Adaptable, resilient, and solutions focused.Passionate about creative work and retail environments.Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
