They're looking for a Change Manager who is genuinely people focused. Someone who understands that successful change isn't about pushing out communications or running training sessions in isolation, it's about bringing people on the journey, building trust, and ensuring change is embedded in a way that feels practical and sustainable.
You'll step into a role where you are working across both this core platform change and the wider transformation landscape. You'll partner closely with project teams, business leaders and end users to understand impacts, identify risks, and shape a change approach that lands well across different parts of the organisation.
A big part of your success in this role will come down to how you engage. You'll need to be comfortable having honest conversations, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and supporting leaders to step up and take ownership of change within their teams. This is not a passive environment, it's one where your ability to read the room, adapt your approach and bring people with you will make all the difference.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the end to end change approach for the move from OpenText to SharePoint, ensuring adoption is not only achieved but sustained
* Work across a broader transformation program, aligning your approach with other initiatives and changes happening across the business
* Engage closely with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline users through to senior leadership
* Identify change impacts and translate these into clear, practical actions for different teams
* Support and coach leaders to effectively lead their people through change
* Contribute to building a more change ready culture within the organisation
What they're really looking for is someone who brings a balance of structure and flexibility. You'll know how to put a solid change framework in place, but you'll also understand when to adapt it based on the environment, the people, and what's happening across the business.
