Support Worker Opportunity
This is a casual role where you will support residents to live the life they choose, allowing them to exercise choice and independence.
About The Role
* You will contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, through assessment and observation
* Assist residents who require assistance with mobility as per their care plan
* Attend routine urinalysis, blood pressure, temperature and pulse checks
* Record details of bowel movement, hydration, food and other ADLs as required
Essential Skills And Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet objectives and timelines
* A person-centred approach to care
* Desire to work in a supportive team environment in a mission-based organisation
