About the Role
Our Client is seeking an organised Operations Administrator to manage transport bookings, operational documentation, and reporting in a busy logistics environment. You will be a key contact for customers, drivers, and the operations team, ensuring freight movements are accurately recorded and documentation is maintained. This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy, can manage competing priorities, and thrives in a fast‐paced operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and confirm customer delivery and collection bookings
* Prepare daily delivery manifests and operational documentation
* Maintain accurate records in freight management systems
* Collect, check, and reconcile driver paperwork
* Support pallet reconciliation and operational reporting
* Assist operations team with general administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
* Previous admin experience in transport, logistics, or high-volume operations
* Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with customers, drivers, and internal teams
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Proficient with operational systems and Microsoft Office
