This role partners closely with executives and cost centre managers to drive cost efficiency, improve reporting processes, and support strategic financial planning.

Description
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reports across head office, distribution centres, and group operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse variances against budget, forecast, and prior year, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead cost centre reviews with executives and department heads, advising on cost control strategies and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Support the annual budgeting process and monthly re forecasting, collaborating with cost centre managers and the operations team.
- Prepare accruals, general journals, and financial commentary for inclusion in executive summaries and board reporting.
- Contribute to the development of financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data integrity, and system enhancements.
- Act as a key finance contact for group cost management, building strong relationships across the business.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the retail industry.
- Robust Excel and analytical skills.
- Confident, ambitious, and eager to grow within the business.
