Early Childhood Teacher (Full‐Time)
Location: 2/1A Wirraway Street, Tamworth NSW 2340 – Salary: $43.73 – $60.50 per hour.
Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider with over 130 centres across Australia. We are committed to child safety and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to plan and deliver high‐quality educational programs.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Create engaging, play‐based learning experiences that support each child's development.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
* Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture.
* Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF).
* Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation.
Qualifications
* A genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
* Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain.
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded.
* Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
* A genuine passion for child‐led learning and ongoing professional growth.
