We have multiple opportunities available for Commis Chefs to join Crown including: Casual, Part-Time & Full-Time basis. Experience in the following cuisines is highly regarded:
- Asian Cuisine (Wok Specialists)
- Japanese (Fine Dining)
- Australian Modern Cuisine
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard
- Support Senior Chefs with daily food preparation and service
- Adhere to Crown’s Food & Hygiene standards at all times
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Solid culinary skills and a passion for food
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of HACCP policies & procedures
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Availability to work across a 24-hour, 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Cert IV in Kitchen Management
