The Reporting Analyst role plays a crucial part in supporting all lines of business with operational and compliance reporting, working closely with our Senior Business Analyst.
* This full-time, permanent position is based in our new West Perth office, offering flexible working arrangements including the option to work from home.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Maintaining and streamlining compliance and mandatory reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards using BI and other solutions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting.
* Performing data analysis to identify trends and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
* Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in reporting and analysis.
* Conducting regular audits to guarantee consistency and reliability of data across all reporting platforms.
* Creating and delivering presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to bring:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially PowerBI, Excel, and SharePoint, with strong SQL skills and SSMS expertise.
* An agile mindset capable of accurately collecting, organising, analysing, and sharing detailed information from various sources.
* Strong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting complex data.
* Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
* An attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
* A willingness to obtain necessary vaccinations and current National Police Clearance.
* Experience in aged care or the health industry is highly regarded but not essential.
