Team Management
- Directly manages cross functional / functional teams and aligns with societies/ standards across the organisation (Platform)
- Focuses and guides team in accomplishing Service objectives
- Ensures that the team members are equipped with the requisite skill set required for both current and future services by developing a training and career development plan for each team member
- Collaboratively works with team members to set performance goals and measures
- Facilitates mentoring and coaching
- Facilitates change management due to changing situational/organizational/market requirements
- Manage relevant team budgets
Strategic Objectives Alignment
- Sets and achieves delivery and quality objectives
- Strategically align service to greater organisational goals
- Understand and align with benefits realisation defined in your area of delivery
Service Execution and Management
- Proactive engagement with customer for continuous improvement of Service
- Maintains appropriate service(s), product(s) and technical knowledge as well as general product group knowledge
- Prioritisation and planning of Service delivery, including implementation and management of relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Establishes and reviews processes, procedures and efficiency objectives and ensures they are followed
- Provide transparency and proactive communication on failure points within your Service
- Consulting and advising on relevant Service area
