About the role

Based in Angaston and reporting to the Senior Manager – People Operations, this role works closely with employees and leaders to deliver efficient people processes, systems, and information. It supports the continuous improvement of people practices across the organisation and contributes to key initiatives, projects, and events that advance broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Drive HR processes and policies, ensuring compliance, accurate records, and smooth day-to-day operations.

* Assist payroll and reporting functions, including providing reliable backup when needed.

* Manage learning and performance systems, helping teams track development, qualifications, and growth.

* Support recruitment processes including documentation, and induction planning for new hires.

* Coordinate employee value proposition initiatives, recognition programs, and activities that strengthen workplace culture.

* Contribute to D&I measure reporting, support wellbeing programs, and promote a healthy, inclusive workplace.

* Use people analytics and reporting to identify opportunities and improve HR processes across the business.

About You

A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong communication, presentation, and administrative capabilities, demonstrating the discipline and reliability required to effectively manage routine administrative and accounts-related tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency. You bring a solid understanding of HR processes, the employee lifecycle, and broader business operations, ideally supported by experience in HR administration, learning and development, or organisational change.

You are known for consultative and pragmatic recommendations, strategic thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure, with well-developed planning, project management, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and someone that values continuous improvement, you demonstrate a strong commitment to contributing to a high-performing team while delivering value-driven people outcomes.
