Project Manager Role
A successful Project Manager is required to lead and manage large-scale industrial projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects forward while maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall project success and team performance.
* Coordinate and execute industrial warehouse projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
* Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects for head contractors on new build industrial projects.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with Site Managers to manage large site teams.
* Effective management of program, schedule, and sequence trades.
* Experience using construction software such as Hammertech, Procore, or similar.
* Trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
