They are looking for their next Store Manager to join their Homebush Outlet store!
**About the Role**
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and merchandised according to company standards
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action when necessary
- Manage budgets, rostering and control costs within the store
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- People driven!
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience with managing high stock volume & comfortable in fast paced environment
