Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across a region in Western Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with network partners and internal departments
* Coaching and developing pharmacy teams to achieve determined outcomes
* Facilitating business planning sessions to drive sales and profitability targets
You will have extensive retail leadership experience and come from a strong operational background. Additionally, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, strong financial and analytical skills, negotiation and conflict management skills, and a high level of interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Practicing at full scope in WA, including being a vaccinating pharmacist
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Negotiation and conflict management skills
