Senior Contract Administrator Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a contract administration team in a global construction project. The ideal candidate will oversee experienced staff, mentor junior engineers and develop their skills.
Responsibilities include managing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, progress claims, external variations, subcontracts, project expenditure tracking and RFI administration.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee contract administration team
* Mentor and develop junior staff and engineers
* Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
* Track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
The successful candidate will have a degree in construction management or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience as a Senior CA role in commercial construction for a recognized builder.
Key Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
* Previous experience working for a Tier one or two head contractor is essential
* At least 5 years experience as a Senior CA role in commercial construction for a recognised tier 1/2 builder
* Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills
