Facilities Management Professional
We are seeking a skilled and motivated facilities management professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing services, including repairs, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems fixtures and equipment.
* Provide exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to our partners;
* Work independently to anticipate and resolve issues proactively and flexibly;
* Ensure all specifications, legislations, policies, safety standards, and building codes are met;
* Diagnose plumbing issues and troubleshoot effectively;
* Attend to service calls and on-call jobs promptly and efficiently;
* Develop strong partnerships through effective communication and collaboration;
* Multitask and work with limited supervision to make sound decisions quickly.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. A valid driver's license and plumbing license are also essential requirements.
