Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure smooth operations of the house: presentation, cleaning, damage, medication management, house folder updates, transporting and supporting at school, managing client appointments, safety checks, car checks, activity and menu plans, shopping.

* Build and Uphold a positive team culture and enthusiasm: think outside the box, stay client focused and positively engaged in their home, communication, lead team meetings, support, mentor and guide your team, induct new members using SCSS checklist.
">">
* Stakeholder involvement and Client Management: open, professional and positive communication, attendance in meetings off site with Case Manager, feedback and suggestions, close monitoring of behaviours, safety plan and updating client file details in CTARS ensuring audit compliance.

Requirements:

* Certificate 4 Qualification: completed or enrolled to commence a minimum Certificate 4 Qualification in a relevant area (Child, Youth and Family Intervention/Disability/Mental Health/Community Services).

* Working with Children Check: Suitability Blue Card for Working with Children and Young People.

* Criminal History Check: Positive Notice Criminal History Check - Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
">">
* Other Certifications: Child Safety and Criminal History Screening - LCS2, First Aid Certificate with CPR, Driver's Licence.
