With a huge footprint directly on the beautiful waters of Shaws Bay, this will be a food driven, high capacity and high turnover venue. A brand-new kitchen and quality equipment fit out await.
About the Role
Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an elevated food offering focusing on fresh local seafood, woodfired pizza, as well as pub classics, we are assembling a professional and enthusiastic team.
- Have a passion for premium quality food, produce and service
- Can support and inspire their co-workers to ensure they are a highly skilled, well organised and motivated team
- Are able to work in a busy & fast paced kitchen
- Are well-presented & maintain the highest of standards at all times
- Work in a clean and calm manner
To be Truly Successful in this team we ask that you have
- Minimum 2 years experience in a pub style kitchen
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Able to work nights & weekends as part of a flexible roster
- Right to work in Australia
