Your Role
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be making a meaningful difference every day by:
- Supporting clients with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Assisting with meal preparation, cleaning, and household tasks
- Encouraging social outings, community access, and companionship
- Documenting progress and maintaining explicit communication
- Working alongside families, coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Following all safety standards and NDIS guidelines
About You
We’re looking for reliable, caring, and professional individuals who are passionate about supporting others. You’ll need:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services
- Experience working with older people or people with disability
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual Handling and Medication Competency
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation & Induction Modules (online)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s licence & comprehensive insurance
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum availability of 3 weekdays

Pay: $34.00 – $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
