We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing trades business that is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their high-performing team.
In this key role, you'll be the link between clients, field technicians, and office staff - ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, communication is seamless, and nothing gets missed. It's a fast-paced role that requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule daily service jobs for a busy field team
* Manage job dispatch, technician support, and workflow prioritisation
* Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and provide regular updates
* Use SimPRO (or similar job management software) for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
* Help the team meet KPIs and deadlines through effective coordination
* Assist with admin tasks including procurement, invoicing, and general office support
About You
* Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or similar admin role within a trades or service-based business
* Confident using SimPRO or similar job management software
* Strong multitasker with excellent time management and communication skills
* Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised
* Team player with a customer-first mindset
