This is a field-based role responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of major resource and heavy industrial accounts across all mining regions in Queensland.
Your Territory Will Include
* Open-cut and underground coal operations
* Base metals and mineral processing facilities
* Coal handling and preparing plants (CHPP)
* Bulk materials handling systems
* Heavy industrial processing sites
* Mining contractors and regional service providers
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial, mining, or technical sales
* Background in rotating equipment, bearings, couplings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, or related mechanical systems
* Proven ability to develop and grow key customer accounts
* Confidence engaging with Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Procurement teams
* Strong business development capability with a proactive approach
* Ability to operate autonomously in a regional, field-based role
* Previous experience in the bearings & power transmission industry
* Hands‐on experience working with rotating machinery
* Established networks within mining or heavy industry
* Familiarity with mine site access requirements and shutdown environments
* Mechanical Engineering qualification or trade background (e.g., Fitter & Turner)
* Mechanically minded candidates transitioning from site-based roles into technical sales
* You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
