We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach and inspire our sales team at the Geelong Property Hub. This is a deeply rewarding leadership role where your impact will be felt daily, shaping culture, lifting performance and helping talented agents stay focused, confident and operating at their best.
Real estate experience is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead people, drive performance, and build a high-trust, high-energy team environment.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the performance, development and wellbeing of our sales division. You'll work closely with senior leadership while being hands-on with agents — coaching, encouraging and holding them accountable in a way that motivates.
This role is all about leadership, momentum and culture.
You will:
Lead a team of Sales team members
Drive performance through clear KPIs, accountability and encouragement
Coach high performers to reach the next level through our Elite Agent Program
Support developing agents through structured onboarding and training
Create an environment where people feel supported, focused and proud of their work
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to consistently perform at a high level
Conducting regular one-on-one performance and reflection sessions
Supporting agents with focus, confidence, mindset and structure
Driving a strong performance culture built on clarity, accountability and trust
Overseeing training, coaching and professional development initiatives
Working closely with leadership, marketing, finance and operations teams
Playing a key role in shaping team culture and long-term business growth
