We're Looking For…
An organised, detail-driven Resales Associate to join our growing Land Lease Communities team. This is a backfill role with exciting opportunities for career growth or stability in a booming industry. You'll be part of an evolved team that's not just behind the computer you'll get out and about, touring communities and engaging with prospective buyers.
What You'll Do
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the Resales team across multiple established communities.
* Manage listings, prepare legal documentation, and keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
* Coordinate appointments, assist with vendor reports, and maintain stock levels for office supplies.
* Engage with vendors and buyers—be personable, professional, and customer-focused.
* Work from Halcyon Green (Pimpama) or Halcyon Rise (Logan Reserve) with a 3/2 split of face-to-face and office work.
About You
You're highly organised, thrive under pressure, and love variety in your day. You don't need to aspire to be a sales professional this role is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, customer engagement, and being part of a collaborative team.

* Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
* Previous experience in administration or real estate support is a bonus.
