Role Description
The General Manager role is a full-time position based in Douglas-Daly, NT. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the plantation and hay production, managing a team of agricultural workers, and ensuring effective land resource management. Additional tasks involve monitoring financial performance, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity and value for clients.
