Responsibilities
* Assist with technical selections and product configuration
* Build technical knowledge in targeted areas of expertise to enable rapid, accurate and high-quality responses for Xylem customers
* Manage purchase orders from receipt through delivery
* Provide order status updates and follow up on delays
* Build relationships with customers
* Collaborate with other departments to develop product and technical knowledge for rapid responsiveness and customer satisfaction
