Job Overview
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the guest experience.
This role involves promoting products, events, and activations, partner integrations, in-resort messaging, signage, content capture, and social media storytelling.
* Coordinate and execute key marketing campaigns to maximise visitation and ancillary revenue.
* Lead and manage the delivery of successful partner events, including activation, signage, and other deliverables.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the in-resort sales and marketing team to deliver the defined marketing strategy aligned with our overall strategic direction.
* Develop and implement social media content production and distribution plans and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all content is delivered in a timely manner.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in external sales and marketing, communications, or PR roles.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and ability to communicate at all levels of management is required.
A strong background as a brand generalist, with a 'can-do' attitude, and passion for bringing our brand to life across many different projects, programs, and executions is essential.
Demonstrated project management experience and capability in planning, managing, and reviewing complex and large-scale projects/programs and delivering outcomes within set timeframes is also necessary.
A passion for the snow, tourism, and leisure industries is a plus.
