About the Role
As our Communications & Publications Officer, you will play a key role in shaping ISQ's voice across digital and print platforms. You'll produce engaging written content, coordinate publication workflows, and ensure our communications are accurate, on‑brand, and impactful.
Reporting to our Communications Manager and working closely with our internal Graphic Designer, you will help deliver high‑quality publications, social media content, eDMs, and key member‑facing materials. The role also supports Member Hub content management and various internal communication functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and update ISQ's publications, website content, annual reports, research papers, and other corporate materials.
* Support and deliver ISQ's social media strategy, including creating engaging content and short‑form video.
* Collate and distribute content via ISQ's eDM system.
* Provide basic desktop publishing (Word layouts for handbooks, workbooks, programs).
* Maintain email distribution lists and update Member Hub content.
* Coordinate administrative processes and ensure project deadlines are met.

About You
You're a confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and at least 3 years' experience in communications, publications, or a related field. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy creating polished, accurate, and engaging content.
You bring:
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Experience with digital communication platforms and CMS tools
* Understanding of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience ideal)
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
* Social media content creation experience (video/photography skills a bonus)
* A proactive and detail‑oriented work style
Bonus skills (not essential):
* Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Canva
* Power BI
* Moodle
* Photography or video editing
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
