The Opportunity
Following a major project wins and strong ongoing growth, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team permanently. You\'ll be the driving force on a high-value, multi-storey residential development, backed by a collaborative team and solid subcontractor network.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Trade or tertiary qualifications
* Proven track record managing projects from structure to handover
* Experience running jobs valued at $40M+
* Strong background in multi-storey residential builds
* Excellent site coordination, scheduling, and safety focus
* Skilled in programming, reporting, and subcontractor management
* Clear communicator with high attention to detail
* Motivated, proactive, and team-focused
