The ideal candidate will possess:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confidence in voicing opinions, handling difficult discussions, and supporting decision-making.
* Experience in civil or water infrastructure design.
* Knowledge of earth bank storages, tank rehabilitation, or tank replacement is highly regarded.
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
