We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our growth strategy and expand our services across the Gold Coast region.
* Manage new client enquiries and deliver an exceptional first impression
* Represent our company at client meetings, community presentations, expos, and events
* Guide clients and families through care options and service agreements
* Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and referrers
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, proven track record in sales or business development, experience in aged care or medical services, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
