Quality Assurance and Testing Manager Role
Our organization requires a Quality Assurance and Testing Manager to lead testing activities across our transformation program for 12 months or more.
The Quality Assurance and Testing Manager will be responsible for designing, leading, and managing all testing activities. This role includes defining test strategies, establishing testing frameworks and tools, and supervising a team of test analysts to ensure the quality and success of project deliverables.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior test management position on large ICT projects.
* Experience in planning, leading, and managing various types of testing including functional, regression, system, data migration, reports, integration, UAT, performance, and security testing.
* Experience in establishing test automation frameworks and managing the testing of complex data migrations.
* Desirable skills include experience with SmartBear TestComplete automation tool and testing activities for COTS based solutions.
