My client is the leader in their field within the automotive industry. They are seeking qualified and hard-working Workshop Foreman to lead their team based at Banyo. They have been in operation for 14 years and have expanded their operations Australia wide and have become a household name within the industry.
This role has become available within this family-owned workshop, due to business growth. You will be offered ongoing training in this role to expand and build on your current skills and take your career to the next level. You will get the chance to work on anything from suburban passenger vehicles, to fully loaded 4wds.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Your Certificate III in automotive (LV)
- The ability to perform late model vehicle diagnostics.
- Take pride in the work you produce.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise work needed.
- A commitment to workshop safety
- Apprentice mentoring experience
- Experience with diesel models is highly desired.
- Current manual drivers' licence
- Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Chassis Dyno operations or tuning abilities is an advantage.
- Full Australian working rights
- Knowledge of auto electrical systems
