For over a century, our Home Care team has provided care for people when they need it most. Join us as a Home Care Worker to deliver outcomes for our clients and communities. You'll create cherished moments each day by helping clients live independently at home with personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
Responsibilities
* You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
* Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.
What you\'ll bring
You\'re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.
* Current Victorian Drivers License.
* First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people\'s physical limitations.
* The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients\' individual needs.
